CANCELLATION: Guaranteed bookings are subject to a one-night room charge in the event of cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a non-arrival on the day.

DEPOSIT: Upon check-in, the Front Desk will request a deposit equivalent to the total room charge and an additional deposit of Php 2,000.00 per day to cover any incidental charges, charge to your room, and will be refunded accordingly at the end of your stay.

 

BRINGING OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE FROM THE OUTSIDE: Due to health regulations, the hotel discourages bringing in food & beverages from outside to be consumed in our F&B or banquet facilities. A food & beverage corkage fee will be charged on food & beverage items served.

 

SWIMMING POOL AND FITNESS CENTER: Only registered names of guests (Adults and Kids), upon confirmation, may use the Pool and Fitness center facilities for free. Guest visitors may use the swimming pool at a discounted rate. Please observe our swimming pool and fitness center rules and regulations.

 

PETS: Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

 

SEASONAL EXOTIC FRUITS: Exotic fruits with strong odor are prohibited inside the room, as they may attract pests and disturb other guests. However, you may coordinate with our concierge for storage or the Cafe waiter to be served at the poolside.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: The Hotel's check-in time is after 3:00 pm, and check-out is before noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability with minimal fees. Check-out after 6:00 pm will be charged an overnight room rate.

 

AIRPORT-HOTEL-AIRPORT TRANSFER: To avail of the complimentary Airport-Hotel transfer, please provide us with the complete name and flight details during your reservation. For the complimentary Hotel-Airport transfer, please register and be at the front desk Lobby 3 hours before departure.

 

The hotel will not be responsible should you miss your flight.
